    1) Knowledge Base - Add & Update knowledge base setting like categories and contents.

    2) Support Tickets - Update support tickets setting.


  • Knowledge Base Contents:

    → Show : Set pagination number

    → Title : Set knowledge base contents title

    → Language: Select language for knowledge base contents

    → Category: Category name for contents

    → Edit: Open Edit page for contents

    → Delete : Remove knowledge base contents


  • Add Content:

    → Knowledge Base : Redirect to content list page

    → Title : Add knowledge base contents title

    → Slug: Add knowledge base contents slug

    → Language: Select language

    → Categories: Select select language category

    → Order : Add order number for content

    → Content : Add content detail

    → Add Content : Add new content


  • Edit Content:

    → Knowledge Base : Redirect to content list page

    → Title : Update knowledge base contents title

    → Slug: Update knowledge base contents slug

    → Language: Update Select language

    → Categories: Update Select select language category

    → Order : Update order number for content

    → Content : Update content detail

    → save Changes: Update content detail


  • Knowledge Base Category:

    → Show : Set pagination number

    → Title : Set knowledge base category title

    → Language: ctaegory language

    → Edit: Open Edit page for Category

    → Delete : Remove knowledge base category


  • Add Content:

    → Knowledge Base : Redirect to content list page

    → Language: Select language

    → Name : Add knowledge base category name

    → Slug: Add knowledge base category slug

    → Order : Add order number for category

    → Image : Add Image for category

    → Add Category : Add new knowledge base category


  • Update Category:

    → Knowledge Base : Redirect to content list page

    → Language: update select language

    → Name : Update knowledge base category name

    → Slug: Update knowledge base category slug

    → Order : Update order number for category

    → Image : Update Image for category

    → save Changes: Update category detail


  • Support Tickets:

    → Open : List of all open support ticket

    → responded: List of all responded support ticket

    → Closed : List of all closed support ticket

    → Show: Open support ticket detail page

    → Delete : Remove support ticket in database


  • Support Tickets Detail:

    → Ticket: #number : Id number of support ticket

    → options: Change support ticket status like open, responded or closed

    → Support ticket : redirect to list support ticket list

    → Reply: sent support ticket reply to user
